Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Utility Manager to operate and repair utility equipment such as steam boilers, generators, air compressors, electricity distribution equipment, water treatment plants, and effluent treatment plants while guaranteeing excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage utility equipment for best performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure CO2 plant and supply networks meet standards.
• Regularly monitor equipment, document findings, and recommend appropriate measures.
• Lubricate equipment according to specifications and maintain cleanliness after lubrication.
• Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices, food safety, environmental management, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs), PRPs, and oPRPs to avoid food safety risks.
• Perform condition-based maintenance on utility equipment using CMMS (SAP-PM).

Qualifications for the Position
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of practical experience in FMCG operations and maintenance.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a beverage bottling firm.
• Expertise in budgeting and people management.
• A working understanding of bottling operations, including planning, manufacturing, quality, environmental, engineering, health, and safety.
