IHS Technical Skills Acquisition Programme (TSAP) is a global leader in autonomous ownership, operation, and development of shared telecoms infrastructure.
With an emphasis on growing markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America, IHS Towers offers services across the whole tower value chain, including colocation on owned towers, deployment, and managed services. TSAP is a five-month intensive programme designed to help young engineering graduates advance their careers at Nigeria’s largest independent tower firm.

The programme will allow participants to accelerate their personal and professional growth through rigorous classroom training led by our In-House Faculty, comprehensive e-learning on our IHS Academy platform, and on-the-job training with Engineering leaders, managers, and teams.

What is TSAP?

TSAP is a comprehensive training programme that prepares young people with the technical skills and expertise required to excel in the telecommunications industry. The programme provides a unique blend of theoretical and practical training on a variety of areas, including telecommunications engineering, network operations, and maintenance.

Requirements 

  • The minimum requirement is a Second-Class Lower Bachelor’s degree or an Upper Credit in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics (with Electronics specialisation), or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • You must have completed or be exempt from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including NYSC. – Demonstrate strong verbal, numerical, critical reasoning, and logical thinking skills to advance in your Engineering career.
