Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Provide detailed information about visa and admission requirements, documentation, costs, and processing times.
- Application Management: Prepare and submit visa and admission applications while maintaining correctness and timeliness.
- Status Monitoring: Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their applications and keep records structured.
- Liaison: Communicate effectively with embassies, consulates, educational institutions, and other appropriate authorities.
- Compliance: Ensure that data protection policies and applicable regulations are followed, and look for opportunities to improve processes.
- Customer Service: Respond to client requests and issues immediately, establishing and sustaining good client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: HND or bachelor’s degree in aviation, travel and tourism, or a similar profession.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of visa and admission processing, preferably in a travel agency or related business.
- Strong understanding of visa criteria and admission processes, great communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational talents, and the ability to operate under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of the software and tools used in visa and admissions procedures.
