The Role you will Play:

Financial Mastermind: Ensure that all financial records—payroll, accounts receivable, payable, and ledgers—are kept up to date.
Cash Flow Guru: Closely oversee accounts, cash flow, and other financial operations.
Setting Out Your Path: Establish and maintain an extensive Chart of Accounts to guarantee that financial data is arranged clearly.
Control & Compliance: To protect financial integrity, create internal control procedures and rules.
Estimates and Invoices: Create precise purchase orders, invoices, and estimates.
Discrepancy Detective: Examine financial disparities and work with departments to find effective solutions.
Vendor Management: Keep accurate and current records by managing and maintaining vendor information on QuickBooks.
Cost Collaborator: Create exact Bill of Materials (BOMs) for accurate product costing by collaborating with operations.
Client Payment Champion: Use QuickBooks to track overdue client payments and politely remind them.
Inventory Hero: Manage inventory using QuickBooks while keeping precise stock levels.
Payroll Pro: Ensure that payroll is accurate and that employees are paid on time.

The Requirement for the Position:

A highly driven individual with a B.Sc., OND, or HND in marketing, finance, or a similar sector.
A minimum of one to three years’ experience in a comparable deposit mobilisation capacity (experience with microfinance or financing companies is highly valued!).
Outstanding ability to establish and maintain relationships with others. You’re an inherently gregarious person who enjoys developing rapport and trust.
Excellent communication and presenting skills. You are able to captivate clients with your assured explanations of financial items.
A self-assured individual with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving. You are motivated by challenges and cheerfully solve problems.
