Begin your research path with the AGS at an A*STAR Research Institute, then register for a PhD or EngD at one of Singapore’s autonomous universities. As an AGS scholar, you will work on industry-oriented and user-inspired R&D projects and have the chance for a 12-month foreign attachment during your study.

After finishing their PhD or EngD, AGS scholars can apply for the A*STAR International Fellowship (AIF) to pursue post-doctoral study at top international universities or research institutions, thereby expanding their research competence and worldwide network.
Benefits of Singapore’s A*STAR Graduate Scholarship
Any successful applicants will be qualify to receive supports which span through a period of four years, including the followings:
- Full tuition fees.
- Monthly subsistence allowance (including CPF contribution, when applicable)
