Summary of the Role

A motivated and effective project manager who is eager to make a significant contribution to growing the team is welcome to apply for the position. In this position, you will be in charge of supervising the planning, carrying out, and successful conclusion of projects to guarantee that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the necessary quality standards. Throughout the course of the project, you will manage resources, lead cross-functional teams, reduce risks, and have open lines of communication.

 

Objectives /Responsibility

 

  • Asana Administration: Become knowledgeable about the features and functionalities of Asana in order to assist with setting up and maintaining tasks, projects, and processes on the platform.
  • Task management: Keep an eye on project tasks to make sure they are updated correctly and spot any possible delays or bottlenecks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Keep track of all project-related paperwork in Asana, such as meeting minutes, action items, and project status updates.
  • Data analysis: Track project performance, find areas for improvement, and extract insights by using Asana’s reporting and analytics features.
  • Quality Control: Use Asana to track and resolve issues to make sure project deliverables satisfy quality requirements.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to promote communication and guarantee that all team members are aware of developments and modifications to the project.
  • Process Improvement: To optimize Asana’s potential for effective project management, collaborate with project managers to streamline current procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Asana Support and Training: Help team members embrace and use best practices by offering them advice and training on how to use Asana efficiently.
  • Collaboration and communication: Use Asana to help project stakeholders communicate with one another and stay informed about changes, updates, and project status.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans in Asana, which include task allocations, dependencies, due dates, and milestones.
  • Risk management involves identifying any risks and problems that could affect the completion of the project and collaborating with the project manager to create and put into practice mitigation plans.
  • Resource management: Help allocate resources wisely so that projects have enough personnel and resources.

  • A degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a similar discipline, either Bachelor’s or Master’s.
