Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be citizens or residents of eligible Commonwealth countries or hold refugee status.
- Have at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Be employed at the time of application.
- Provide at least two references.
- Not have undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the past five years.
- Be available to start the fellowship from the prescribed date.
Benefits
Fellowships are tenable for six weeks to three months, starting from February 2025. Benefits include:
- Return airfare from the Fellow’s home country to the UK.
- Visa fee reimbursement.
- Monthly stipend (£2,057, or £2,553 for London-based organizations).
- Arrival allowance up to £1,156.60, including warm clothing.
- Up to £3,000 for short courses/conferences and travel within the UK.
