Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Be citizens or residents of eligible Commonwealth countries or hold refugee status.
2. Have at least five years of relevant work experience.
3. Be employed at the time of application.
4. Provide at least two references.
5. Not have undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the past five years.
6. Be available to start the fellowship from the prescribed date.

Benefits

Fellowships are tenable for six weeks to three months, starting from February 2025. Benefits include:

1. Return airfare from the Fellow’s home country to the UK.
2. Visa fee reimbursement.
3. Monthly stipend (£2,057, or £2,553 for London-based organizations).
4. Arrival allowance up to £1,156.60, including warm clothing.
5. Up to £3,000 for short courses/conferences and travel within the UK.
