Job Summary

For the role of CLO Administrative Assistant in the Management office, the U.S. Embassy in Abuja is accepting applications from competent and eligible individuals. Responsibilities

The CLO Administrative Assistant will provide vital administrative support to the Community Liaison Office (CLO). Working under the direction of the CLO Coordinator, the assistant will work closely with all CLO staff members, including the CLO Coordinator and Assistant CLO Coordinator.

The key responsibilities are:

Supporting the CLO office’s successful programme execution across eight main areas of responsibility:

• Family members’ employment
• Crisis Management and Security
• Education, Communication, and Outreach
guidance and referral
• Welcome, orientation, and departures.
• Community liaison
• Event planning
• Making and retaining important contacts
• Keeping information under control that improves the mission’s overall wellbeing and morale

• Completing high school education is required.
• At least two years of administrative or office experience are required.
Salary $19,560 per year
