Programme Structure for TotalEnergies
This remarkable 18-month programme is intended to give a thorough and engaging experience for recent graduates like you. It is conveniently divided into two interesting phases.
- Phase 1: During the first 6 months, you will get essential experience in your home nation of Nigeria. This initial step allows you to get into the activity and lay a solid foundation.
- Phase 2: Prepare for an unforgettable 12-month foreign trip. Depending on your performance and available chances, you could be assigned to another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or perhaps the famed headquarters in Paris.

Eligibility Criteria for TotalEnergies
The following are the requirements for the TotalEnergies graduate programme:
- Nationality: Must be a Nigerian citizen to apply.
- Residency: You must have lived in Nigeria for at least 6 months.
- Age: Applicants must be under 26 years old to participate in the programme.
- Experience: Applicants with less than one year of professional experience are preferred.
- Education: Completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is a prerequisite for employment.
Academic Background: Your degree should be in one of the following fields:
- Engineering disciplines include:
- Mechanical, Civil, and
Electrical Engineering (or related fields).
Degrees in finance-related fields, such as accounting, economics, and finance.
Marketing or business-related programmes.

- Phase 1: Candidates stand to gain intensive training for 6 months and real-world job experience in Nigeria.
