- Study Level: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
- Eligible Countries: All non-EU/EEA countries
- Reward: Full tuition fee coverage, living stipends (up to €17,000 per year)

2025 Utrecht Excellence Scholarships Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the UES, applicants must:
- Rank among the top 10% of their graduating class.
- Hold a non-EU/EEA passport and be ineligible for Dutch study grant and loan system support.
- Have completed secondary school and/or bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands.
- Apply for an international master’s program starting September 1, 2025.
